You will follow a structured 5-week rotating shift pattern: - Week 1: 3 days, 3 nights, 11 off - Week 2: 4 days, 6 off - Week 3: 4 nights, 4 off - Repeat In addition to rest days built into the pattern, you'll have 12 days of annual leave to book as preferred. There is also an expectation that you would be available to cover additional shifts on overtime, if required from time to time.
