You will be responsible for planning your daily workload and driving to farms to process Farm Saved Seed. An important part of your role will be continuously checking product quality, taking samples and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will support the long- term maintenance, day to day operation as well as event set up.
You will provide knowledge of operation and building infrastructure.
You will report to the P&D Team Leader and work as part of the wider Property Department. Duties and Responsibilities:
You will also support in offering analysis and supporting the budget and forecasting processes.
You will have demonstrable experience working within a senior finance position, within a complex organisation with multiple entities/cross boarder environments.
You will be dynamic, with the ability to wear several different hats and to get involved with some ad-hoc, non financial duties.
You will complete an initial training period, working alongside experienced drivers who will provide full guidance. - Once you have demonstrated the ability to carry out duties safely and independently, you will progress to working solo on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Compliance & Quality
