You will lead a large, multi-skilled engineering function of around 50 colleagues, including two Team Managers and teams made up of engineers, technicians, technical assistants, and an apprentice. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic leadership, ensuring automation and MHE systems perform safely, reliably, and efficiently.
You will train as an apprentice, aiming to achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship to work within the site administration team. The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.
You will need to have/be predicted at least Grade 4 or C GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 equivalent - Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (3 A levels at CCC and/or BTEC. Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in supply chain. - Adaptable – you’re flexible to meet new challenges at pace.
