You will be focusing on delivering contractual agreements of the client and frontline support to operatives embedding good working practice and ensuring company policy and procedures are adhered to.

You will also be required to keep the safety management system updated and drive adoption of a more Human Factors based approach in support of management HSEQ engagement.

You will provide end-to-end case management, liaising closely with employees, their managers, HR teams and other stakeholders to develop tailored action plans and ensure that recommendations are implemented effectively.

You will monitor progress, review adjustments, and address any risks or challenges that arise, ensuring the right outcomes are achieved for both the employee and the client.
