You will be expected to operate in a professional manner, responding quickly and effectively to incidents, ensuring the safety of all individuals, and protecting club assets. From delivering top-level protection during League and Academy fixtures, to managing high-profile concerts, boxing and darts nights, and exclusive hospitality events — no two days are the same.
You will also be responsible for the supervision, management and administration of operational equipment, vehicles and estate belonging to a number of Coastguard Rescue Teams.
You will act as mentor and coach to Station Officers, ensuring that there is a consistent standard of leadership and compliance with policy across the teams they are allocated.
You will be responsible, individually or as a member of a team, for the operation of a recycling site, landfill site, transfer site or intermediate plant.
