You should have a minimum of a C&G 7300 (or equivalent), a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or experience of working in the care sector) and a good working knowledge of legislative requirements within the care industry.
You will be asked to share proof of this prior to receiving any offer of employment.
