You will lead a small team and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and maintenance. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the estate, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.

You will be hands on across all areas of the busy centre.

You will support the General Manager with back of house duties, as well as running an exceptional operation front of house.

You will be responsible for delivering financial targets and service standards.

You will help design and embed new volunteering roles, promote best practice in volunteer management, and ensure volunteers feel valued, supported and able to make a real difference. Based at our Finchley hub, this is a varied, people-focused role that combines relationship-building, coordination, training, data and hands-on support across Jami’s services.

You will understand how the platforms work at a technical level, spot inefficiencies or missed opportunities, and know what levers to pull when performance dips. If you live and breathe performance marketing, rapid experimentation, and full-funnel growth strategy, this one’s for you.
