You will work closely with Senior Analysts, suppliers and category management during annual increase process to ensure timely receipt of files and deadlines are met.
You will be accountable for timely resolution of commercial/corporate mailbox support requests.
You will work daily with Senior Analysts to ensure data accuracy, integrity and completeness within the product cost data files.
You will ensure data accuracy, oversee cost governance, and support senior analysts with cost insights. Candidates should have strong data maintenance experience, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and excellent communication skills. A hybrid working pattern allows for flexibility in the office environment.
You will collaborate closely with Senior Analysts, suppliers, and category management teams, particularly during the annual increase process, to ensure that deadlines are met and data integrity is maintained. Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for the quality of supplier cost and published price files.
You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.
You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.
You will be responsible for understanding how the efficient stock flow through across the Waitrose distribution network relates to these key transformation and optimisation projects.
You will refine across all the categories replenishment plans, responding to stakeholder and customer information, ensuring the most optimised service.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
You will be in the office 2-3 days each week and live within commuting distance.
You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs.
You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
