You will be working closely alongside an experienced Project Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of a new build housing development comprising eight bespoke, one-off five-bedroom homes.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of live roofing projects across Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards of quality and customer care. Key Responsibilities:Manage and co-ordinate site teams and subcontractors.
You will help maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation through both reactive maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance activities. The site is a large, diverse industrial environment with substantial annual investment, offering a broad range of technical challenges and development opportunities.
