You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You must also be able to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months. This is a full-time position that requires you to work 35 hours per week.

You will be experienced in handling enquiries via email, telephone and live chat.

You will also need to demonstrate flexibility towards working hours to meet customer needs.

You should possess GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above and ideally be educated to degree level.

You will be based in our open-plan office, working alongside a supportive team to deliver exceptional service and help clients manage appointments, follow-ups and general enquiries. Hours will be worked within our core operational hours of 8am – 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday. What You Will Be Doing
