You will provide financial advice, support benefit claims, complete affordability assessments and take appropriate recovery action where required.
You will use a strength-based approach to undertake Sensory Loss assessments of individual and carers needs and risks in the community.
You will contribute to maintaining our 'Good' rating from CQC for Adult services, reflecting the high quality of support provided.
