You will manage a set payroll allocation for weekly and monthly salaries, ensuring timely and accurate payments for approximately 15,000 employees. Responsibilities include processing starters, leavers, variations, and absence data, running the weekly payroll on a rota basis, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and NHS terms and conditions.
