You will oversee projects from start to completion with minimal supervision, including budget management, preparing specifications and drawings, contract procurement, and supervising electrical works for the Councils housing stock. A HNC/HND in Building Surveying/Construction with work experience in a similar role is preferred, or degree in Building Surveying or relevant Electrical qualification.
