You will support the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for both landlords and tenants. Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service will be central to the role.
You will support the operational team and other stakeholders as we deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and maximise opportunities to cross-sell and deliver our services. Reporting to the Laboratory Business Manager, you will work with the test engineers and the sales team, supporting our customers as they look to design, develop and deliver compliant products to market.
You must have a current valid UK driver's license, be reasonably fit and have good written and verbal communications skills, essential to building relationships and rapport with any of the individuals that you meet. Additional Information:
You will chair Child Protection Conferences, Looked‐After Children Reviews, Strategy Meetings and provide independent oversight of planning and practice.
You will also promote participation, ensuring the voices of children, young people, and families are central to decision‐making.

Reporting to the Laboratory Business Manager, you will work with the test engineers and the sales team, supporting our customers as they look to design, develop and deliver compliant products to market.
You will be required to supervise approved Contract Partners, providing risk assessments and method statements where permit to work is required for a given task.
You will also be required to use a Toughbook/iPad to capture all work activity and job status in line with workflow processes.
You will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of branch sales in the merchant, local developer & self-build markets as well as producing estimates and offering support to the wider region.
You will be based from our open-plan Castleford head office (WF10 5HW), which is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, close to the M62 and A1 and has on-site parking.
You will also help to prepare monthly ledger reports, detailing any reasons for variances to management.
You will instil a culture of exceptional health & safety standards and SHEQ compliance. Safety is of paramount importance to the organisation, and you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of top-class standards.
