You will be employed by Pretty Lavish. As part of your role, you will support and perform duties for both Pretty Lavish and Nobl. You will:Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction. Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions. Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners.
You will maintain high standards of accuracy to ensure college data and funding meets all required standards. To be successful in this role you will have good IT skills, a ‘can do’ professional approach with good communication and skills set. Having prior experience of working in a data entry/ data compliance role and in a customer facing role is essential.
You will be working with an external Area Sales Manager and a dedicated internal Key Account Manager as a “business within a business” to deliver on the annual and monthly team strategy. Working onsite, the hours would be part-time (Mon-Thurs 9:30 – 2:30 pm – negotiable with the option to work on a Friday on reduced hours.
