You will oversee all maintenance, gardening, and audits to identify and repair any faults, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for service users, staff, and visitors.
You will be the main point of contact for all maintenance aspects at this location.
You will be working at Rosebank House, a 24 hour specialist care and support service for people with severe and enduring mental health needs.
You will be responsible for assessing homelessness applications, carrying out robust homelessness decision making under Part VII of the Housing Act, and delivering Relief and Main Housing Duty in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act.
You will utilize your sales and communication skills to engage with potential students, guide them through the admissions process, and facilitate their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
