You will have previously worked as a tenant or customer liaison officer or have a strong customer service background dealing with customers face to face.
You will be resilient and confident and able to manage difficult customers who have been reluctant to allow contractors access to their properties.
You will have a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and / or reporting accountant's work.
