You will report to the Maintenance Group Head and ensure that all clerical and administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with site requirements. Key Responsibilities Place and manage orders for consumables, PPE, and other required materials. Provide general clerical support including document filing, archiving, and meeting coordination.
You will act as the bridge between engineering, safety case authors, and the site delivery teams—ensuring that any proposed changes are properly assessed against licence conditions and approved through the appropriate governance routes. This is not a traditional Health & Safety role.
You will have a relevant City & Guilds or a NVQ Level 3 qualification. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or the equivalent level workplace experience. First class diagnostic skills and fully conversant with the latest plant repair and maintenance techniques. Ability to manage own workload and work to the highest standards.
