You will join our Water division who are a national provider of infrastructure and non-infrastructure water and wastewater services to UK water utility companies.
You will also receive one-to-one support from your tutor or coach and they will also meet regularly with you and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme.
You will work towards achieving your business administration qualification by undertaking an recognised apprenticeship and ensure all modules are fully completed.
You will learn how our Skills Matrix is used and book staff on training courses and keep records of all training required, training attended and log all certification and qualification on our simpro system.
You will have a strong desire to learn the ropes and get stuck in, and to contribute your own ideas, thoughts and feedback. We’re looking for someone who takes inspiration from everything around them and applies it in imaginative ways. You’ll be working within hardworking and energetic teams who support each other and have fun along the way.
You will also support the team to onboard new clients and handle any incoming communications from various stakeholders. Once you have settled in and completed the required training, you will take on more client-facing duties, handling a wider variety of queries and requests for information.
