You will be responsible for creating high-quality SW deliverables in a timely manner, according to the state-of-the-art software methodologies and as part of the global solution software architecture, and for creating the automated test-cases to verify the quality of the software.

You will be responsible for on-site deployments of WiFi and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth installation, accurate documentation, and reliable connectivity. Key Responsibilities Install and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, servers). Deploy LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks to meet customer needs.

You will have direct impact on customer satisfaction (measured by CSAT and quarterly business reviews), value realization, and contract renewals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving technical issues.

You will report directly to our Head of Site, and you'll work out of our Cambridge, UK location on a daily basis.

You will act as a gateway, testing all functionality released from software development from the perspective of a user engineer.

You will be the expert interfacing with our broadcast engineering teams to support the identification and recreation of all bugs, provide workarounds and feed into roadmap[DM5] bug fixes and report test results, including defects and issues within a release.

You will manage employees located across several geolocations, and will contribute technical leadership to the team that extends and supports management tools for our world-class remote browser technology. Menlo serves millions of users on our worldwide cloud on desktop and mobile platforms.

You will be able to react quickly to situations, performing consistently under pressure and responding positively to changing circumstances.

You will also be able to demonstrate: - Degree qualified engineer/HNC/HND or proven competence through practical experience - A detailed knowledge of the working practices and demands of a large complex public building and/or listed building.

You will collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a high level of support across multiple BAU activities.

You will perform system configuration changes, upgrades and liaise with third parties and other internal teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a vast array of project-based work, as you will be working closely with the project team.
