You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across the setting, supporting staff and daily operations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality provision at all times. By taking on this role, you will enable the Deputy Manager to focus on SENCO responsibilities, helping to ensure that every child receives the support and care they need to flourish.
