You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a dedicated care team, and ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the care of our residents, including liaising directly with GPs and other providers. - Supportive team environment. Our close-knit, multi-disciplinary team relies on each other’s expertise to ensure the best, safest, decisions are made.

You will be caring for a wonderful non-verbal girl aged between 12–16 years. She expresses her personality through sounds, expressions, and movements, and she thrives around fun, bubbly people who will take the time to get to know her.

You will receive a thorough induction, delivered in partnership with the family and the existing care team.

You will lead and support the care team, ensuring safe and person centred care at all times. Your role will include administering medications, monitoring residents health and responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.

You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain clear communication and promote dignity, comfort and reassurance for residents during night hours.

You will support clients when their regular nurse is unavailable, ensuring their routine, comfort, and safety are never disrupted.

You will work with both adult and paediatric clients, providing compassionate and reliable bedside care tailored to each individual’s needs.
