You will be a first level registered nurse with post registration experience.

You should be motivated and self driven with a commitment to developing and delivering a high standard of care.

You must be able to travel independently or utilise public transport to attend clinic start and finish times as applicants will be required to work across the region.

You will be Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council

You will have experience of working in a clinical setting

You will also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve

You will have experience of infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration.

You will work collaboratively within the team to provide safe and effective nursing care to circa 13,900 patients. We are a large town practice with 10 GP partners, 1 ANP and 2 Practice Nurses. We also have Health Board employed CTaC healthcare assistants, mental health nurses and a pharmacist on site.
