You will be responsible for providing chair side support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries.
You will also be required to providereception cover when necessary.
You will play an important role in a ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while complying with all clinical and health & safety guidance.
You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and support the Deputy Manager and Home Manager in maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering excellent care.
You must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to work with different professional groups. It is desirable that the successful applicant should be able to demonstrate an interest in quality improvement work and change management.
