You will manage teams of Leads, Engineers, and Technicians often across various locations to ensure commissioning work is executed to meet legal, regulatory and project requirements. People management and leadership are key elements of this role as you will set and approve delivery plans as well as manage work progress and performance and, where appropriate, take the necessary corrective actions.
You will work within small to medium sized multidisciplinary teams.

You will be joining the Decommissioning and Waste Services area of the wider Nuclear & Power business, based in our Westlakes office on the edge of the stunning Lake District, our team supports clients within the nuclear industry to deliver innovative solutions in a challenging environment.
You should have a demonstrable understanding of the application of a Systems Engineering approach to design.
You should be keen to join a capability at an early stage and to support the Systems Engineering Lead in its development, bringing your experience and knowledge to assist in this.
You will work in our market which is predominantly focused on delivering engineering and waste management projects for clients within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector, with some projects focused on other stages of the nuclear lifecycle.
You will join an existing civil/structural team and be responsible for the delivery of complex design packages for key nuclear clients.
You will join our Mechanical Engineering team who sit within a multidisciplinary engineering department, which includes, Civil Structural, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Engineering Management, Robotics, and Technology Solutions.
You will be motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt.
You will work in our market which is predominantly focused on delivering engineering and waste management projects for clients within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector, with some projects focused on other stages of the nuclear lifecycle.
You will join an existing EC&I team and be responsible for the delivery of complex design packages for key nuclear clients.
You will be required to manage technical projects with a team of engineers involved in multi-disciplinary tasks and interfacing with other construction related disciplines.
You will inherit an exciting portfolio of work and future opportunities to develop and expand that team to deliver on projects helping to clean up the UK’s ever-expanding catalogue of nuclear facilities.
