You will act as the bridge between engineering, safety case authors, and the site delivery teams—ensuring that any proposed changes are properly assessed against licence conditions and approved through the appropriate governance routes. This is not a traditional Health & Safety role.

You will have responsibility to lead/manage a group of Senior Managers, with delegated principal contractor responsibility for delivery of scope including Enabling works, Major Civils, Networks and Buildings. The role will entail management of a matrix team of wider disciplines forming the project Area Management Delivery team eg: the SZC quality team, safety team and suppliers.

You will attend Leeds College of Building on block release to complete the Level 4 Construction Design and Build Technician apprenticeship and regularly attend in house training and development in Leeds and Stowmarket as part of the programme. Please note, to be eligible for an apprenticeship you:
