You will identify barriers to school effectiveness and lead the development of realistic, timely improvement strategies that fit within the Trusts school improvement framework. Working closely with the Trust, you will ensure these strategies are implemented successfully and monitor progress toward achieving the schools objectives.
You will work closely with operational teams, providing challenge, coaching, and technical guidance to support the development of engineers, improve job-right-first-time performance, and uphold CCSs Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities:
You will also support wider production activities such as press brake operation, assembly, and fitting when required. The ideal Graduate Engineer/Apprentice or similar is an experienced and motivated engineering graduate or similar, confident working independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced production environment.
You will be assigned to one specific region with a designated geographical area where the bulk of all works will take place but there may be times you will be required to work elsewhere in the country or travel to other locations to complete training / requalification. Primary Objectives:*
