You will work three shifts across a seven day rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

You will be the first point of contact, providing a responsive and professional switchboard and information service on a 24 hour basis. This is a fast paced role where remaining calm, using sound judgement and adapting quickly are essential to keeping services running smoothly.
