You will need to have experience working on process machinery; however, training will be provided. You will carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, and support production across two closely located sites. You’ll work with a variety of industrial electrical systems and PLC-controlled machinery, ensuring smooth, efficient operations. The role is on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (days and nights).
You must be a qualified engineer with a City and Guilds / ONC / HND or equivalent, ideally in an electrical discipline. Mechanical engineers, with proven electrical aptitude will also be considered.
You will monitor health, administer medications safely, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Each shift, you will lead and guide your team to deliver the highest standards of care while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
You will also respond quickly to any emergencies, prioritising resident care at all times.
You will be assisting guests with their luggage, dealing with any enquires and carrying out nightly Health and Safety audits.
You will be organised, an excellent communicator. Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential.
