You will be responsible for Coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers Supporting your colleagues, ensuring they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks Opening and closing the store, and completing duty cover, ensuring all decisions made are right for everyoneâ€s safety
You will be required to speak with patients and provide them with telephone triage using the NHS Pathways systems. Use of your clinical knowledge will be key in order to make decisions on the most appropriate action to take as well as homecare advice to callers.
You must be able to attend every training day.
You will also be comfortable using a range of technology, including MS Office.
