You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. You will be required to remain awake and alert for the full duration of the shift.
You will have the opportunity to mentor and train other technical associates, helping to build the team's skill set. Your Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with clinicians, patient care assistants, twilight teams, and day nursing teams to ensure high clinical standards are maintained throughout the night.
You will be joining a supportive and experienced nursing team, including a dedicated PCA team, with strong collaboration and communication across the hospital.
You will have access to a range of referral standard equipment including endoscopy, CT scanning and ultrasound, with a range of drip pumps, syringe drivers and extensive laboratory suite.
