You will play a key role in customer acquisition and outbound sales activity as they enter their next phase of growth.

You will have a strong desire to build long-lasting relationships, be an excellent listener, and demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple ongoing activities and opportunities.

You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual territory plan, focusing on new prospects with between 350 to 1499 employees in the UK (more globally). The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a 3-5 month process with 3/4 stakeholders, at £20-50,000 in year 1 revenue for a local only offering.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement. Proactively identify where HCM and other SaaS product features can address this.

You will act as the voice of the customer, turning clinical needs and market insights into product solutions and marketing strategies that support growth and meet regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams such as Sales, NPD, and Leadership.

You will oversee the full customer journey from receiving the initial enquiry or RFP through consultation, specification, technical clarification, quotation, and order placement, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused experience throughout.

You will work with the business on ideation and discovery for key strategic Commercial initiatives and provide high level solution design for those initiatives.

You will be accountable for all product inventory domain architecture artefacts and ensure designs and decisions are governed according to the practice.

Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed personal sales targets. Arrange and conduct sales meetings and presentations both virtually and face-to-face across the UK.

You will be responsible for creating pipeline of new customers suited to IDMS (Integrated Design & Manufacturing Solutions) in line with the business plan. Focus will be on customers in identified markets capable of delivering >£1m per annum and key Start-up businesses which we can help achieve their growth ambitions.

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
