You will work as part of an established team reporting to the Research & Development Manager defining and driving leading edge technologies for future data storage technologies and products.

You will be part of a team developing and characterising new materials to be included into new product designs for Heat Assisted Magnetic Recording (HAMR) head technology.

You will lead new business acquisition, shape opportunities from first conversation through to signed contract, and build long‐term senior client relationships across multiple sectors, supported by pre‐sales, delivery, and Microsoft partner teams. Responsibilities Drive new business growth through AI‐enabled business and workforce transformation across multiple industries.

You will set and evolve the technical direction for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot, provide architectural leadership across pre-sales and delivery, and help shape how we design modern, secure and scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies.
