IT Technician needed to support clients via helpdesk and on-site visits, resolving issues and building client relationships.

You will carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standard and appropriate specification. Similarly, you will test and diagnose faults, providing written reports on component defects and/or systems with impending failure.

You will have excellent communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will have previous experience managing users and providing end user IT support, with excellent customer service. Experience working in the education sector would be hugely beneficial, but not a deal breaker!

You will also be supported and trained by an experienced network manager.
