Network Support Engineer jobs in Redditch

You will act as a senior escalation point for the team, manage high-priority incidents, and ensure service levels are consistently met, all while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

You will lead by example, mentoring and guiding the team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day technical activities.

You will ensure that service users are enabled to make progress in their personal recovery journey and to attain goals relating to their mental health & wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
