Network Services Manager jobs in Llandrindod Wells
You will be working alongside the Service manager to lead and support the team, providing personalised support to individuals and working with families, local authorities and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience providing support to adults with learning disabilities and will have completed QCF level 2.
You will also be responsible for writing rotas, ensuring that staff are deployed adequately to provide the support that is needed.
You will be involved in the everyday routines of the patients, ensuring the psychological needs of each individual are met.
You must also be committed to under-taking all pre-employment training and have a desire to further your career by gaining further qualifications.
