You will oversee the local supply chain, ensure compliance with UK-specific regulations, and manage the operational health of our European enterprise clients. Your Responsibilities: - UK Supply Chain Management: Establish and lead the network of print partners across the UK, ensuring coverage for Royal Mail and regional carriers.
You will be accountable to the Team Manager for the construction, maintenance and repair of the underground and overhead network up to 66kV.
You must be able to work on your own initiative as part of a small team and be capable of making on the spot decisions as required.
You will shape how freight moves through the network, enhance fleet utilisation, reduce empty mileage and costs, and ensure all activities meet service, compliance, and safety standards. You'll collaborate closely with operations, commercial teams, and customer-facing functions to deliver a best-in-class transport operation.
You will also proactively identify and respond to current and emerging risks to our network. Reporting to the Water Director, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing forward planning and recommending improvements on critical regional issues.
