You will be required to work across various activities to support the pallet network activities with the morning shift forklift operations.

You will need to be flexible, willing to adapt and learn.

You will be required to effectively communicate with various people at all levels within the business.

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support, addressing complex problems and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and performance.

You will involved in setting up and closing down of sites.

You will also provide onsite support when needed.

You will be part of the wider Lucy Group so will be exposed to a number of different businesses that will be able to enhance the breadth of knowledge that is available to you.

You will receive a full honours degree upon completion, Lucy Electric will fully sponsor your degree, including a competitive salary, university tuition fees and accommodation costs for your block release.

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues escalated from 1st Line Support and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical matters. Location & Travel Requirements This role is predominantly site-based, with regular field work to support the setup, maintenance, and closure of sites within a regional area of approximately 100 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire.
