You will work alongside another part-time trusts and grants coordinator and jointly supervise the trusts and grants officer. As trusts and grants coordinator you will work with staff across the organisation to submit persuasive bids, grow and diversify a portfolio of funders, and strengthen the organisation's relationships with donors.
You will produce comprehensive meeting minutes capturing decisions and agreements in contractual and technical terms, maintain and manage action trackers and issue logs, ensuring timely resolution and evidence‐based closeout.
You will draft and manage technical queries and contractual communications, with a working knowledge of early warnings, general communications, and change events.
You will implement early engagement with Undertakings and Assurances (U&A) owners to ensure commitments can be met and complied with factoring in funding requirements with the client.
You will support with deep dives and detailed assurance checks utilising the HORACE platform for investigations and close out.
