You will manage and develop a defined customer portfolio, establish and expand strategic networks, design and implement marketing and sales strategies, and monitor market trends and competitor activity. Attendance at trade fairs and industry conferences will also form a key part of your role.
You will oversee the safe use of materials, all equipment and vehicles used whilst ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, on time and in line with the relevant guidelines.
You will manage the daily work of up to 18 NET staff, making sure all tasks are done on time and to company standards whilst having a system and process in play to help the team work safely and effectively.
You will help to manage a high performing team, champion ethical sourcing, and deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain.
You will be responsible for managing 2 team members as well as supporting our clients graduate programme, and will be able to step up and deputise for the Supply Chain Lead when needed.
