You will join the Housing Solutions team based at Barry Jackson Tower, supporting households in temporary accommodation and helping residents navigate their route towards settled housing.
You will visit annexe accommodation to collect signed licence agreements, complete suitability assessments, and help residents access benefits, housing applications, and wider support services.
You will support children, families and education staff working as a link therapist in mainstream schools.
You must be skilled in caseload management, negotiation skills, navigation of IT systems, conducting assessments (both informal and formal) and delivering functional intervention strategies and tailored therapy approaches.
