You will engage in risk assessment and management, including attending MARAM meetings to address and mitigate potential risks. Your responsibilities will also encompass safeguarding, navigating the complexities of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), making Best Interests (BI) decisions, and working with the Court of Protection (COP) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS).
You will follow planned routes, using PDA devices to confirm collections and manage any site access issues. We use in-cab technology but if you can operate a satellite navigation device and a smart phone, you will have no problem with these.
