You will report to the Customer Solutions Manager UK ICS and be located at Gateshead. Key Responsibilities:

You will need proven experience in a support or maintenance coordinator or management role and have a strong technical aptitude with familiarity in systems maintenance, electrical engineering, IT support, or similar domains. You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

You will ensure product and process conformity is in line with customer requirements for sample submissions and new product introductions

You will plan and conduct internal audits
