You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services, while safeguarding the building fabric and assets.

You will combine management leadership with two clinical days each week, while guiding a team who deliver safe, compassionate and high quality care.

You will have proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within construction or infrastructure.

You will have strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

You will have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will own and rethink back office processes to continuously review and improve, so they are fit for purpose, accurate, and lean.

You will support the delivery of a data-driven approach to service management where operational front-line managers have confidence in using Management Information systems to make better business decisions.
