You will manage an extensive ledger on a day‐to‐day basis to maximise cash collection, highlight and mitigate financial risk, and contribute to the achievement of financial targets and corporate objectives. Your role involves handling difficult conversations with customers over the phone, managing current debt, working to strict SLA's and KPIs, and operating proactively, confidently and thoroughly.

You will manage, lead and coach a team of technical experts who build software and customer experiences that continues to drive, shape and deliver our customer-centric, data driven and digital first strategy.
You will lead from the front with expert hands-on software development experience and ensure high technical standards are met throughout the team.
You will actively partner with healthcare professionals, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is resilient, customer-focused, and possesses a full UK driving license.
