You will act as a nominated Adjuster for key accounts. In terms of clients, you will act as Client Director for the HNW division and work closely alongside the business development team to identify / convert opportunities. Ideally, you will be A-FCILA qualified and boast a good track record in the UK HNW Loss Adjusting field.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key OOH customers while actively driving new business opportunities across foodservice and adjacent OOH sectors. This could include Contract Catering, Regional Wholesale, Travel, Leisure, QSR, and other relevant OOH environments.
You will manage all aspects of the customer relationship - from forecasting and financial ownership to joint business planning and in-store execution - ensuring strategic brand growth and strong customer partnerships.
