You will have a deep understanding and relevant knowledge of what makes a great visitor experience.

You will be adept at creating a memorable and welcoming visitor journey and will collaborate with colleagues across all teams to ensure consistency and quality of service and experiences.

You will produce standard company information, prepare PQQ submissions and draft tender responses, conveying complex construction proposals with clarity.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will manage day-to-day site operations in a fast-moving environment, often working within live retail settings that require careful coordination.
