You will assist Value Retail (VR) in positively affecting the performance of the brands by analysing and providing invaluable information and developing trust, thereby building closer relationships with our brands.
You will also participate in Rising Executive Conferences and projects to enhance your breadth of knowledge about our business and network with senior leaders.
You will plan, deliver and debrief a range of sessions to diverse groups of individuals on key areas of need, such as emotional management, problem solving, assertive communication, thinking skills, and social and relationship skills.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, as a Deputy Manager within the home, you will be required to work shifts or sleep ins when needed to meet the needs of the home.
You will also be required to participate in the on call for the cluster.
You will likely have performed a similar role with a membership agency or sports property
You will be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously.
You will be equally at home conceiving and developing plans for products and services as all-new events to commercialise and getting your sleeves rolled up, attending events and being a face of the organisation while delivering on the ground.
You will be an 'off the tools' Manager being present on site working, coordinating and checking off electrical installation works; suchprojects could range from £1.5M-£20M+
You will be competentwith a proven track record in managing Electrical Engineers / Electricians, Supervisors / Foremenand working on site schemes of this level.
You will play a pivotal role in driving client success and business growth, you’ll own and manage customer relationships, developing strategic initiative and driving the sales process and progress in your accounts and sector. Your focus will be on building trust and growing our business, retaining existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
