National Programme Manager jobs in Argyll and Bute

You will be leading the central hub of the Fleet Operations project and operations matrix model, producing functional plans and priorities against the Directorate strategic objectives.

You will responsible for leading them on a day to day basis and supporting them to meet the deadlines involved in the HR & Payroll System Replacement Project working closely with Project Officers in IT and HROD. This is a real opportunity to be involved in innovative new ways of working for Argyll and Bute Council and leading the way with our Digital First approach.

Manage community capital projects, lead teams, engage stakeholders, manage finances, and ensure project success.
