You will lead the planning and execution of up to 20 global community events per year, working closely with host hotels, regional ambassadors, and internal teams to ensure every gathering delivers value, insight, and connection. Key Responsibilities ✦ Event Planning & Execution
You must have strong communication skills, be able to work with trust and autonomy and be an excellent team player. The role is managing the event execution directly from the client side through workstream suppliers, and is not using a professional conference organising (PCO) company.
You will be able to produce campaign budgets for client approval, and maintain ongoing internal project accounting to track overall expenditure and revenue on activity
You will be able to work across a variety of production processes, be able to manage multiple suppliers and be aware of technological developments in the industry.
You will be joining a small but ambitious team with extensive growth plans that include several new launches.

You will be the driving force behind the planning and execution of key client events globally, working predominantly across UK, Europe and USA.
You will be required to prepare all event documentation and coordinate with the onsite Private Dining Teams and client to ensure consistent, high level service throughout all stages of the event as well as a seamless turnover to the onsite team.
You will effectively handle all member enquiries for your Clubs and ensure conversion targets are achieved on an ongoing basis.
